Mountain Lodges Accommodations
Mountain Lodge Trek accommodations provide unparalleled comfort for your Machu Picchu trek tour. The Salkantay Lodge & Adventure Resort has 12 private double or twin rooms with private bathrooms (hot and cold water). Each of the Trekker’s Lodges (Wayra, Collpa, Lucma) has 6 private double rooms with private bathrooms (hot and cold water). Two Mountain Lodge Trek rooms can hold up to 3 people maximum. Lodges are fully equipped and serviced. Salkantay, Wayra, Collpa and Lucma Lodges have a cozy reading rooms, fireplaces, outdoor jacuzzi, central heating and Peruvian/International cuisine. The water at all four lodges is of drinking quality.

SALKANTAY LODGE & ADVENTURE RESORT
Salkantay Lodge & Adventure Resort (12,467 ft / 3,800 m), our home for two nights, is where we begin our acclimatization for the trek and base for optional activities: local hikes, fishing or horseback riding.
WAYRA LODGE
Wayra Lodge (12,631 ft / 3,850 m) offers warmth and comfort in the high treeless pampas of Huayraccmachay. The lodge sits upon a cliff with views of the Salkantay River.
COLLPA LODGE
Collpa Lodge (9,186 ft / 2,800 m) is located on an open promotory at the confluence of three rivers (Salkantay, Chalan and Totora) that combine into the Santa Teresa River. Here the landscape starts to becomes more temperate and lush. Natural hotsprings make this lodge a particularly relaxing experience.
LUCMA LODGE
Lucma Lodge (6,890 ft / 2,100 m), is set among coffee plants, eucalyptus trees and an avocado orchard. This sub-tropical environment is home to andean parakeets and parrots.
AGUAS CALIENTES – INKATERRA MACHU PICCHU
Inkaterra Machu Picchu Hotel: a tranquil Andean fusion of comfort, style, construction and natural beauty. Hotel facilities are located in beautiful Aguas Calientes (1,800 ft / 5,905 m) and include two restaurants, a lounge bar, the Andean spa, various relaxing areas and more than 5 hectares (12 acres) of private ecological gardens. A la carte dinner and breakfast buffet at Mikhuna Wasi restaurant overlooking the Urubamba River are included.
