While traveling in small groups of 6, you will be accompanied by both a Sacha Lodge Native and a Naturalist guide. With these two experts by your side, you will spot even the smallest of creatures. Your Sacha Lodge Naturalist guide will educate you on all aspects of rainforest biology and ecology, while translating for your Native guide. Your Sacha Lodge Native guide will enlighten you on the traditional medicinal uses of Amazon flora. Sacha Lodge (4 & 5 Day)
DAY 1: QUITO - SACHA LODGE
Morning flight over the high Andes to Coca, transfer by motorized canoe to Sacha Lodge along one of the two main tributaries of the Amazon River, the Napo. Welcome orientation and drinks. Enjoy a visit to the butterfly farm or a short walk with your guides in this amazing Ecuadorian Amazon Jungle. (B,L,D)
DAY 2-4: SACHA LODGE

These 3 (or 2) full days are filled with various fascinating and interesting activities. Activities range from jungle walks, dugout canoe rides, bird watching and visits to the clay lick. The 135 foot (43 meter) Observation Tower and 940-feet (300 meter) of Canopy Walkway, 100 ft above the ground, will also be a part of your amazing experience here. (B,L,D)
DAY 5: SACHA LODGE - QUITO
Early morning transfer to airport for departure flight to Quito (end of Services - additional night in Quito and transfers are available). (B)

ACCOMMODATIONS
Sacha Jungle Lodge
Located deep in Ecuador's Amazon jungle lies Sacha Lodge. A 5,000 private reserve that is well equipped to provide you with a spectacular Amazon adventure. Sacha Lodge's 26 cabins were carefully designed to offer comfort to the traveler yet preserve the environment and rainforest ambience. Each cabin is constructed with traditional materials and fit well with the lush surroundings. There are single, double and (upon request) triple accommodations, and each provides a private bathroom with flushing toilet and hot shower. There is a quiet generator that provides electricity 24 hours a day, and a telephone is available at the front office for emergencies.
