Machu Picchu & Titicaca (9D)

This Peru tour combines our popular Exploring Machu Picchu tour with a fascinating Lake Titicaca tour. We will immerse ourselves into the heart of the Andes and the Inca Empire. Starting in Cusco, we venture forth through the Sacred Valley and beyond to reach the lost citadel of Machu Picchu. From there you travel across the “Altiplano” from Cusco to Puno and reach the beautiful shores of Lake Titicaca. Lake Titicaca has sustained Andean cultures for centuries and is the mythical birthplace of the Inca culture and its creators. At over 12,000 ft., Lake Titicaca is the highest navigable lake in the world. We will have the opportunity to visit the floating Uros islands as well as picturesque Taquile Island.

*Machu Picchu & Lake Titicaca Peru tour is an active, non-trekking soft adventure.
